    Před několika týdny probíhala v Asii série cvičení. Jedním z nich bylo i americko-filipínské. Čína tehdy cvičila s Rusy a varovala všechny, kdo straní Američanům. Nyní se začaly čínsko-filipínské vztahy ještě dále zhoršovat kvůli spornému ostrovu v Jihočínském moři. Celníci odbavují filipínské zboží – například banány – velice pomalu a v médiích se objevují ne vždy citlivé komentáře na filipínskou adresu.
